Restoration, not resurfacing
A wall fails at the joints long before it fails at the brick. We grind out what's spent, match the mortar to what's already there, and seal the places water gets in — so the repair holds instead of looking good for a season.
Residential or commercial, the approach is the same: look at the whole elevation, fix the cause, and leave the site clean. If a facade only needs a wash and a few joints, that's what we'll quote.
